Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on image quality in PET / CT examination. Methods A total of 376 patients undergoing 18F-FDG PET / CT from May 2016 to August 2016 in our department were randomly divided into control group (188 cases) and nursing intervention group (188 cases). According to our department three veteran PET / CT diagnosis of patients after the implementation of PET / CT examination of the image formed on the line to judge, pass and fail as the two results of this evaluation. Results Of the 188 patients who underwent routine care, 158 (84.04%) had satisfactory PET / CT images and 30 (15.96%) had failed, while 188 patients in the intervention group Among the 182 patients (96.80%), PET / CT images were qualified and 6 patients (3.19%) failed. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Of the 188 patients in the intervention group, 185 (98.40%) were satisfied with the patient satisfaction, and 169 (89.89%) of the 188 patients in the control group were satisfied. Conclusion Nursing intervention has a very important influence on the imaging quality of PET / CT images and is worth popularizing clinically.
