大量研究充分证明,在影响学生学业成绩的诸多变量中,教师因素的相关程度最高。教师的专业发展成为职业教育教学质量提升的重中之重,教师培训成为教师专业发展的重要途径。近几年,从各级教育行政部门到学校,都非常重视教师培训工作,本文将以信息技术促进“高等职业教育教师素质提升计划”(简称“国培项目”)质量保障的实践为例,探索通过信息技术提升教师培训项目的管理水平、保障培训质量的具体做法。
A large number of studies have fully proved that among the many variables that affect students’ academic performance, teacher factors have the highest correlation. The professional development of teachers has become the most important part in the improvement of teaching quality of vocational education. Teachers ’training has become an important way of teachers’ professional development. In recent years, teachers at all levels of education administration departments at all levels attach great importance to teacher training. This article will use information technology to promote the quality assurance of “Higher Vocational Education Teacher Quality Improvement Program” (“GuoPei Project”) Practice as an example, to explore through information technology to enhance the management level of teacher training programs to ensure the quality of training practices.
