轨道板设计混凝土等级为C55,16 h预应力放张时混凝土抗压强度不低于48 MPa,弹性模量不低于36 GPa。分析了使用通用硅酸盐水泥掺普通掺合料和非缓凝型聚羧酸减水剂配制轨道板混凝土技术,并进行了配合比试验和试生产。结果表明,使用拥有自主知识产权的轨道板混凝土材料体系,与使用超细水泥和早强专用掺合料混凝土材料相比,具有质量易控制、成本低等优点。
The designed concrete grade of track plate is C55, the compressive strength of concrete is not lower than 48 MPa and the elastic modulus is not lower than 36 GPa when the prestress is put in tension. The technology of using ordinary portland cement mixed with ordinary admixture and non-retarding polycarboxylate superplasticizer to prepare track slab concrete was analyzed, and the compounding ratio test and trial production were carried out. The results show that using the track slab concrete material system with independent intellectual property rights has the advantages of easy quality control and low cost, compared with the concrete material using the ultrafine cement and early admixture.
