蜂胶(Propolis)是蜂巢主要产品之一,目前已从蜂胶中分离出150多种化合物,主要含黄酮甙元、酚醛、酮类化合物。现代药理研究证实,蜂胶具有抗菌、免疫调节、抗炎和抗氧化作用。基于后一性质,检测了红蜂胶乙醇提取物对四氯化碳诱导大鼠急性肝损害的作用。 古巴蜂胶通过薄层层析可分为蜂胶R和红蜂胶。将1g红蜂胶混悬在95%(v/v)乙醇中,48小时后倾析,获得浓度为70%(w/v)的蜂胶提取物,4℃保存。在大鼠给予四氯化
Propolis is one of the main products of honeycombs. At present, more than 150 compounds have been isolated from propolis, mainly containing flavonoid aglycons, phenolic aldehydes and ketone compounds. Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that propolis has antibacterial, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. Based on the latter property, the effect of ethanol extract of red propolis on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in rats was examined. Cuban propolis can be divided into propolis R and red propolis by thin layer chromatography. 1 g of red propolis was suspended in 95% (v/v) ethanol and decanted after 48 hours to obtain a 70% (w/v) propolis extract, which was stored at 4°C. In rats given tetrachlorination
