目的:了解镇江市京口区餐饮具消毒质量状况,为探讨改善餐饮具卫生状况提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样检测法,于2004~2007年连续4年对京口区餐饮单位餐饮具消毒质量情况进行监测,结果按《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》(GB14934-94)进行评价。结果:京口区餐饮单位餐饮具消毒质量监测4年总合格率为70.8%,总体上看合格率呈逐年上升趋势。不同规模餐饮单位餐饮具消毒质量状况不同。结论:京口区餐饮单位餐饮具卫生状况不容乐观,应引起有关部门的重视。
Objective: To understand the quality of tableware disinfection Jingkou District, Zhenjiang City, in order to explore to improve the health status of tableware provide the basis. Methods: The random sampling method was used to monitor the disinfection quality of dining utensils in Jingkou District for four consecutive years from 2004 to 2007, and the results were evaluated according to the hygiene standard of food and drink (GB14934-94). Results: Jingkou District, catering units catering disinfection quality monitoring 4-year total pass rate of 70.8%, the overall pass rate showed a rising trend year by year. Conclusion: Jingkou District catering units can not be optimistic about the health status of catering equipment, should cause the relevant departments attention.
