食品安全是民生工作的重要环节。食品安全监管应当包括了“田间到餐桌”的全过程之监管。但我国食品问题频发突出了食品安全监管体系的缺陷。食品安全监管法律不够完善加之食品安全监管中行政工作的混乱。本文通过比较法角度分析其他国家优秀的食品安全管理及监管经验,借鉴外国监管体系,对我国食品安全监管住体制改革问题提出建议。
Food safety is an important part of people’s livelihood work. Food safety regulation should cover the whole process of “field to table”. However, frequent food problems in our country highlight the shortcomings of food safety regulatory system. Food safety regulatory law is not perfect, coupled with the chaos in the administrative supervision of food safety. This article analyzes the excellent food safety management and supervision experience of other countries from the perspective of comparative law, draws lessons from the foreign regulatory system, and puts forward suggestions on how to reform the system of food safety supervision in our country.
