以机床主轴为优化设计对象,将优化设计思想与Matlab相结合,利用外惩罚函数法对机床主轴进行建模优化,求解出参数并用分支定界法确定主轴参数。然后运用ANSYS对其进行模态分析,分析了主轴的前6阶固有频率、振型和临界转速,验证了机床主轴结构优化设计的合理性,为机床主轴的结构优化设计提供参考和依据。
Taking the spindle of the machine tool as the optimal design object, the optimization design idea is combined with Matlab, and the external spindle penalty function method is used to model and optimize the machine tool spindle. The parameters are solved and the spindle parameters are determined by the branch and bound method. Then the modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS, the first six natural frequencies, mode shapes and critical speeds of the main shaft are analyzed. The rationality of optimal design of the main shaft structure of the machine tool is validated, which provides a reference and basis for the structural optimization design of the main shaft of the machine tool.
