在大多数情况下,模具的技术经济效益最终总体现为模具的使用寿命问题。质而言之,模具的使用寿命取决于模具的设计、选材、加工工艺、使用维护等多方面的因素,其中,加工工艺又须分作机加工或电加工、硬化处理来考虑。在生产实践中,硬化处理工艺所受到重视远未充分,除了传统的热处理外,还有不少现代化的表面处理工艺尚有待开发、推广。为此,本刊组织了这次以工模具表面处理工艺为题的讲座,分三期刊载。
In most cases, the technical and economic benefits of the mold eventually appear to be the life of the mold. In terms of quality, mold life depends on the mold design, material selection, processing technology, the use of maintenance and other factors, of which the processing technology must be divided into machining or electrical processing, hardening treatment to consider.
