作者在本章中利用关系型数据库管理系统阐述了一种结构化刀具措述方法的基本思想,对刀具数据的静态部分和实时部分都将采用同一关系型数据库管理系统来管理,它能在各种比较复杂的应用中易于使用和便于修改,并可以各种方式在小型计算机或大型计算机上应用.在本章中作者主要介绍了下述三个内容:1)带刀具通用描述手段的分布式刀具数据结构;2)FMS刀具数据库的实施;3)柔性制造系统刀具数据库的应用可能性.图21幅。
In this chapter, the author uses the relational database management system to elaborate the basic idea of a structured tool description method. The static part and the real-time part of the tool data will all be managed by the same relational database management system. More complex applications easy to use and easy to modify, and can be a variety of ways to use a small computer or a large computer.In this chapter, the author mainly introduces the following three elements: 1) Distributed tool data with a common tool description Structure; 2) Implementation of FMS tool database; and 3) Application possibilities of tool database for flexible manufacturing system.
