采用平皿测定方法分别对黑龙江、云南、湖北和湖南等水稻主产区的 13个当地主栽水稻品种进行了种子带菌检测和分离鉴定 ,研究了 5种不同杀菌剂和 2种水稻专用种衣剂对种子带菌的消毒处理效果。结果表明 ,水稻种子表面携带的优势菌群主要为 F usarium,Penicillium,Rhizopus,Cladosporium,Aspergillus;种子内部寄藏的真菌主要有 Fusarium,Alternaria,Cladosporium,其他分离频率较高的寄藏真菌还有 Penicillium,Aspergillus和 Rhizop us等 ;不同水稻品种之间种子表面携带真菌种类有较大差异 ,种子内部寄藏真菌种类差异不大。 2 0 %克福甲水稻种衣剂、2 0 %克多甲水稻种衣剂、甲基立枯磷和福美双对于种子带菌消毒处理具有良好的效果 ,显著优于多菌灵、恶霉灵和三唑类杀菌剂腈菌唑
In this study, 13 local cultivated rice cultivars in the main rice producing areas of Heilongjiang, Yunnan, Hubei and Hunan were tested for their bacteriocidal activity by using plate assay. Five different bactericides and two kinds of special seed coating for rice Disinfection treatment of seed carrying effect. The results showed that Fusarium, Alternaria and Cladosporium were the main colonies of Fusarium, Penicillium, Rhizopus, Cladosporium and Aspergillus, respectively. Other fungi harboring higher frequency were Penicillium , Aspergillus and Rhizopus et al. There were great differences in the species of fungi carried on the surface of the seeds between different rice varieties, and there was no significant difference in the kinds of fungi deposited in the seeds. 20% Kefujia rice seed coating agent, 20% Kejiajiajiao seed coating agent, methyl trifluoperazine and thiram have good effect on the disinfection of seeds, which is significantly better than that of carbendazim, And triazole fungicide myclobutanil
