低渗透裂缝性油藏浅调剖室内实验评价与数模优化

大庆外围油田开发的扶杨油层属于低渗透岩性构造油藏,天然裂缝发育,由于多年注水开发和实施压裂增产措施,使得地下油水关系非常复杂,影响了调剖稳油控水的效果。为解决多轮次调剖效果逐次变差的难题,首先通过岩心模拟实验,定性分析了调剖剂注入时机、用量、性能以及单轮次不同强度调剖剂段塞组合对调剖效果的影响,评价了不同措施方式在井组控制综合含水率和提高采收率方面的作用;然后在考虑地层基质与裂缝渗透性差异的前提下,依据矿场实际,建立了数值模型,对多次动态浅调剖作业的时机、药剂用量等工艺参数进行了定量优化。室内实验和数值模拟结果表明,首轮次浅调剖时机越早越好;第二轮调剖时机选择在首轮调剖后连通井含水最低点时,最佳用量为0.002PV;第三轮调剖时机为上轮调剖后连通井含水恢复至措施前和含水最低值平均值时,最佳用量为0.003PV。 The Fuyang oilfield developed in the peripheral oilfields of Daqing is a low permeability lithologic structural reservoir with natural fractures. On the premise of considering the difference of permeability of formation matrix and fracture, a numerical model was set up based on the actual mine field, The timing of the profile control operation, the amount of dosage and other process parameters were quantitatively optimized. The results of laboratory experiments and numerical simulation show that the earlier the second round of shallow profile adjustment is, the earlier the better. The second round of profile modification timing is the best when 0.002PV is selected for the lowest water cut-off point of the first-round profiled communication well. The third round The timing of profile control is that the optimum dosage is 0.003PV when the water content in the communication well after the last round of profile modification is restored to the average value before the measure and the minimum water content.
