煤直接液化残渣(Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue,DCLR)作为煤制油过程中的副产品,含有一定的重质油和沥青烯类物质,是一种较为理想的沥青改性剂。为了研究DCLR作为改性剂与沥青共混后,DCLR对沥青性能的影响,以SK-90和DM-70沥青为基质沥青,分别加入不同掺量(与沥青质量比为5%,10%,15%和20%)的DCLR,利用针入度分级体系、SHRP PG、红外光谱仪和凝胶色谱仪等试验手段分析DCLR与沥青共混后的宏观性能和微观结构变化。试验结果表明:DCLR和沥青分属小分子和大分子物质,DCLR与沥青共混后,沥青的分子结构、组分、元素组成等并没有发生变化,但沥青的高温性能得到了改善,低温性能有一定程度的损伤,即DCLR对沥青的改性为物理改性。
Direct Coal Liquefaction Residue (DCLR) is a kind of ideal asphalt modifier, which is a by-product of the process of coal liquefaction. It contains some heavy oil and asphaltene. In order to study the effect of DCLR on the asphalt performance after blending DCLR as modifier with asphalt, the asphalt-based asphalt mixture with SK-90 and DM-70 asphalts was added with different dosage (5%, 10% 15% and 20%) DCLR. The macroscopic properties and microstructural changes of DCLR blended with asphalt were analyzed by means of pinpoint grading system, SHRP PG, infrared spectroscopy and gel chromatography. The experimental results show that DCLR and asphalt belong to small molecules and macromolecules. After blending DCLR and asphalt, the molecular structure, composition and elemental composition of asphalt have not changed, but the high temperature performance of asphalt has been improved, while the low temperature performance There is a certain degree of damage, that is, DCLR modification of asphalt to physical modification.
