目的 探讨桂皮酸对人早幼粒白血病细胞 (HL 6 0 )的分化诱导作用。方法 用桂皮酸处理HL 6 0细胞 ,进行细胞增殖速度、硝基蓝四氮唑 (NBT)还原反应和过氧化酶测定并观察细胞形态的改变。结果 显示 1mmol L和 2 5mmol L桂皮酸均使HL 6 0细胞增殖受到明显抑制 ,细胞形态向成熟粒细胞转变 ,NBT还原反应显著增强 (P <0 0 1或 <0 0 5) ,过氧化酶染色则明显减弱。结论 桂皮酸对HL 6 0细胞具有诱导分化作用
Objective To investigate the differentiation induction effect of cinnamic acid on human promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL 60). Methods HL 60 cells were treated with cinnamic acid and the cell proliferation rate, nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) reduction reaction and peroxidase assay were measured and the changes of cell morphology were observed. The results showed that the proliferation of HL 60 cells was significantly inhibited by 1 mmol L and 25 mmol L cinnamic acid, and the cell morphology was changed to mature granulocytes, and the reduction of NBT was significantly enhanced (P <0 01 or <0 05). Peroxidase Dyeing was significantly reduced. Conclusion Cinnamic acid has differentiation-inducing effect on HL 60 cells
