目的 :研究探讨 bcl- 2基因、bax基因和 m drl基因表达与急性白血病的治疗及预后的关系。方法 :用链亲和素—胶体金原位杂交检测了 5 6例 AL 患者的 bcl- 2、bax和 mdrl基因表达。结果 :bcl- 2和 mdrl基因低表达及 bax基因高表达患者的完全缓解率 (CR)高 ,bcl- 2 /bax比值 <0 .6患者的 CR率更明显高于 >1.2者 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :bcl- 2、m dr1及 bax基因表达是 AL 相对预后不良因素 ,bcl/bax比值更是决定 AL 预后好坏的关键指标。
Objective: To study the relationship between bcl-2 gene, bax gene and m drl gene expression and the treatment and prognosis of acute leukemia. METHODS: The expression of bcl-2, bax and mdrl in 56 AL patients was detected by streptavidin-colloidal gold in situ hybridization. Results: The complete remission rate (CR) of patients with low expression of bcl-2 and mdrl gene and high expression of bax gene was higher, and the CR rate of patients with bcl-2/bax ratio <0.6 was significantly higher than that of >1.2 (P<0). .0 0 1). Conclusion: The expression of bcl-2, m dr1 and bax genes is a relatively poor prognostic factor of AL, and the bcl/bax ratio is a key indicator of the prognosis of AL.
