目的为了解吉林铁路机务段职工缺勤情况,找出主要缺勤原因,从而更好地提高劳动生产率,确保列车提速后安全、平稳、有序运行,对吉林、新站两机务段职工缺勤情况进行调查。方法将吉林铁路分局机务段职工分为两部分:机车乘务员和非机车乘务员,分别以反映因病伤、事假职工缺勤的指标缺勤率、休工率等进行统计。结果 2000年1~12月份两机务段因病、事假缺勤6 431 d,休工率13.70%,缺勤率0.82%,其中机车乘务员因病、事假缺勤5 281 d,占82.12%;因病假缺勤3 866 d,占缺勤天数60.12%,机车乘务员休工率11.19%,缺勤率1.73%,明显高于非机车乘务员。结论机车乘务员因病缺勤是吉林铁路两机务段主要缺勤原因。建议用人单位采取加强职业健康监护、开展职业健康教育、改善工作场所条件等措施,降低机车乘务员因病假对生产及对自身健康的影响程度。
Objective To find out the main causes of absenteeism in order to find out the main causes of absenteeism in Jilin Railway locomotive depot, so as to improve labor productivity better and ensure safe, smooth and orderly operation of trains after speeding up and investigate the absenteeism of workers in Jilin and New Station Depot . Methods Jilin Railway Branch locomotive depot workers are divided into two parts: locomotive flight attendants and non-locomotive flight attendants, respectively, to reflect the due to illness, leave the absence of indicators of absenteeism, abortion and other statistics. Results During the period from January to December 2000, the two depots were absent due to sickness and leave, and leave was absent for a period of 6 431 days. The abortion rate was 13.70% and absenteeism rate was 0.82%. Among them, locomotive attendants were absent for 5 281 days due to sickness and leave, accounting for 82.12% 866 d, accounting for 60.12% of the days of absenteeism, locomotive attendants abortion rate of 11.19%, absenteeism rate of 1.73%, significantly higher than non-locomotive crew. Conclusion Locomotive crew absence due to illness is the main reason for the absence of two locomotive depots in Jilin Railway. It is suggested that the employing units take such measures as strengthening occupational health guardianship, carrying out occupational health education, and improving workplace conditions, so as to reduce the extent to which motorcyclists will be affected by production due to sickness and their own health.
