飞行器翼面(工件)为一板状零件,其材料为LY—12CZ。工件的外形是一个后掠角为45°的平行四边形(见图1),要求在板料的对称平面处从H面开始沿45°方向钻7个φ15mm的组合孔,深径比达33以上。我厂利用普通车床改装成专用枪孔钻床,并用单刃枪钻进行加工,经过实际使用,效果很好。钻孔时采用刀具旋转而工件固定,且可作进给运动的加工方
