一九八五年以来,根据国务院工资制度改革的规定精神,我局和全国各部门一样,都先后进行了工资改革.职工工资水平普遍有了提高,对全局煤炭生产建设起到了积极的促进作用.但是地面职工的工资调改还存在一些问题,和同行业、同工资区、不同地区,同行业不同工资区以及同工资区不同行业相比,工资增长额是偏低的,是不够合理的.现以海勃湾矿务局(十一类工资区)为例和石咀山矿务局(十一类工资区)及包头矿务局(七类工资区)等作如下浅析(比较):
