近年来,不断发现一些非降糖类药具有治疗糖尿病的作用,现介绍如下:1 芬氟拉明 张氏等报道45例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者,男12例,女33例,年龄58±8岁。在停用各种药物1～2周后先服安慰剂1周,继而单服芬氟拉明2～3个月,结果发现从第1周起血糖即降低,以后逐周降低,与安慰剂比较,差异非常显著(P<0.001)。降糖程度与体重减轻之间无明显相关性。作者认为芬氟拉明的降糖作用可能是药物作用于上周细胞(包括骨骼肌和脂肪组织)或增加了外围组织对糖摄取的敏感性。
