目的探讨2009～2011年芜湖市市辖托幼机构儿童健康状况的变化趋势,为加强和改进托幼机构的卫生保健工作提供依据。方法对2009～2011年芜湖市市辖10所托幼机构的儿童每年进行常规健康体检的资料进行分析。结果近3年来芜湖市市辖托幼机构儿童体重、身高发育良好;儿童乳牙龋齿发病率波动不大,在35.4%～37.7%之间;营养性贫血检出率由5.5%下降至2.2%(P﹤0.05);视力不良检出率由5.4%上升至9.2%(P﹤0.05);3年来平均肥胖检出率为5%,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),以轻、中度肥胖为主。结论加强芜湖市托幼机构卫生保健管理,龋齿、视力不良和肥胖的儿童是干预重点。
Objective To explore the trend of children’s health status in child care institutions under the jurisdiction of Wuhu from 2009 to 2011 and provide evidences for strengthening and improving the health care work in child care agencies. Methods The data of routine physical examinations of children in 10 nurseries and nurseries administered by Wuhu City from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed. Results The body weight and height of children under the jurisdiction of kindergartens and nurseries in Wuhu in the past three years were well-developed. The prevalence of deciduous tooth decay in children was not significantly changed between 35.4% and 37.7%, and the prevalence of nutritional anemia decreased from 5.5% to 2.2% P <0.05). The detection rate of poor eyesight increased from 5.4% to 9.2% (P <0.05). The average prevalence of obesity in 3 years was 5%, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) Obesity-based. Conclusion It is the focus of intervention to strengthen the health care management of kindergartens and nurseries in Wuhu City, with dental caries, poor eyesight and obesity.
