牙齿再植术是恢复患者咀嚼功能和美观发音功能的有效方法。笔者在临床工作中对112例再植牙进行治疗,现对再植牙的有关问题进行探讨。 1 有关适应症的问题 常温时脱落牙齿搁置时间越短,成功率越大。但搁置数日的离体牙也可再植,笔者曾对一搁置10天离体牙进行再植,获得成功。更有报道离体牙存放101天和35天再植成功。可能因为:①去除了牙髓和牙周膜。②牙槽窝的修复在牙拔除后1～3月内最活跃,成骨细胞丰富,牙再植后很快形成根骨粘
