Ineffectiveness in PE classroom has always been a difficult problem in teaching practice. Some teachers only pay attention to students ’PE knowledge, motor skills and skills while ignoring students’ subjective status, individual differences and neglect of classroom teaching. As a front-line physical education teacher How to construct an efficient classroom for junior middle school PE is a subject worth our consideration. Physical education is an important part of school education. Building an effective classroom is the focus of curriculum reform and the goal pursued by every physical education teacher.
