[目的]探讨可降低PICC置管并发症发生率的适合体位。[方法]选取120例行PICC置管的病人随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规屈颈向术侧偏头体位,试验组在常规屈颈偏头基础上采用托肩胛骨挺胸体位,比较两组病人颈内静脉异位发生率和机械性静脉炎、感染等并发症的发生情况。[结果]试验组病人颈内静脉异位发生率和机械性静脉炎、感染、血栓的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]PICC置管过程中采用常规屈颈偏头另加托肩胛骨挺胸的体位可有效减少颈内静脉异位等并发症的发生。
[Objective] To investigate the suitable position for reducing the incidence of PICC catheter complications. [Methods] One hundred and twenty patients undergoing PICC catheterization were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated by conventional flexing neck to the side of the operative side. In the experimental group, the scapula , The incidence of ectopic cervical jugular vein and mechanical phlebitis and infection complications in two groups were compared. [Results] The incidence of ectopic cervical jugular vein and mechanical phlebitis, infection and thrombus in the test group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] It is effective to reduce the incidence of complications such as ectopic endoperation of internal jugular vein by using conventional flexing head and other scapula in the process of PICC catheterization.
