以AgNO3为成核剂,用γ射线辐照NiSO4的水溶液,合成了多晶纳米镍粉。研究了pH值对产物组成的影响,发现保持溶液碱性是制备纳米镍粉的必要条件。用透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱对产物进行了表征。发现镍粉呈纤维状,粗约10nm以下,银作为晶核被金属镍包裹在内部。研究表明,AgNO3的存在不仅为Ni(2+)的还原、聚集提供了生长中心而且还影响了最终产物的微观形态。
With AgNO3 as nucleating agent, NiSO4 aqueous solution was irradiated by γ-ray to synthesize polycrystalline nano-nickel powder. The effect of pH value on the composition of the product was investigated. It was found that the basicity of the solution was necessary for the preparation of nano-sized nickel powder. The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Nickel powder was found to be fibrous, about 10nm rough, silver as a nucleus surrounded by metallic nickel. The results show that the presence of AgNO3 not only provides the growth center for the reduction and aggregation of Ni (2+), but also affects the microstructure of the final product.
