我们上海一建原是个万人大企业,自1984年以来,企业基本停止了招工,加上各种因素减员,现已不足7千人,真正在一线从事生产的仅3千人左右,为了维持企业的运转,这几年,我们不得不大量使用外包工。企业大量使用外包工,不仅造成近年来外包费用的不断上涨,又严重地压抑了职工的生产积极。现在,企业每年的工资含量中约56%的被外包工使用。而自有职工则大量地为外包工“拾遗补缺”,仅占全年人工总数的23.2%,自有
Since our establishment in Shanghai, it was originally a large-scale enterprise. Since 1984, enterprises have basically stopped recruiting workers. With the reduction of various factors, it has now been less than 7,000 people. Only about 3,000 people are actually engaged in production in the first line, in order to maintain the enterprise. In the past few years, we have had to use outsourced workers in large quantities. The heavy use of outsourced labor by enterprises has not only caused the continuous rise in outsourcing expenses in recent years, but has also severely depressed the production of employees. Now, about 56% of the company’s annual wage content is used by outsourced workers. The self-employed workers, on the other hand, have made a large number of “recruiting jobs” for outsourced workers, accounting for only 23.2% of the total number of laborers for the entire year.
