本文首次报导了CuPc/InP、H2Pc/InP(O/I)异质结的整流(J-V)特性和电容电压(C-V)特性,并研究了O/I界面态对CuPtLB膜Raman光谱的影响,这种影响导致了CuPcLB膜分子产生了新的正则振动模.
