俄拖拉机农业科学研究院已研究出能镦粗和挤压同时进行,制作出内燃机气门毛坯的工艺过程。气门毛坯锻坯采用热轧圆棒,材质为20CrNi4VA。 钢铁厂提供热轧的棒料直径为Φ19_0~(+0.8)mm,用 100吨的冲床切成锻坯。然后锻坯采用电感器加热到500~700℃,锻坯要求端面应与其轴线垂直。 锻坯由液压机构从料仑里取出放置在传送带上分别输送给三台无芯磨床,传送带一个接着一个地送进无芯磨床。液压机构到达终端位置后碰下行程开关,自动退回到原始位置。待发出新锻坯的指令。此时,原锻坯尺寸已被磨成Φ19-(-0.2)~0mm,整个过程自动循环。 被磨削成的锻坯由机械装置送入料仑储存器6中,而料仑储存器6是安装在锻造压力为250吨的摩擦压力机旁。(见图1)液压机械手 5从料仑储存器 6中拿到锻坯,并自动地按指定
