提出了作为高温高压阀门密封面堆焊材料的铁基析出硬化型14Cr18Ni12Si4Mo4WVNb合金。该堆焊合金是在铬镍型不锈钢基础上,合理地采用多种元素进行强化,获得了良好的综合性能。其中时效强化性能、抗裂性及切削加工性优于钴基堆焊合金。用该合金堆焊的540℃、100kg/cm~2压力电站阀门,经多年运行,状况良好。所拟制的“堆547—钼”焊条已在电站阀门制造中推广应用。
An iron-based precipitation hardening type 14Cr18Ni12Si4Mo4WVNb alloy was proposed as the sealing material for sealing surface of high temperature and high pressure valve. The surfacing alloy is based on chrome-nickel stainless steel, a reasonable use of a variety of elements to strengthen, access to a good overall performance. Among them, the aging strengthening property, crack resistance and machinability are better than cobalt based surfacing alloys. With the alloy surfacing of 540 ℃, 100kg / cm ~ 2 pressure power station valves, after many years of operation, in good condition. The proposed “heap 547-molybdenum” electrode has been widely used in the manufacture of power station valves.
