目的测定不同产地柴胡中柴胡总皂苷及柴胡皂苷a的量。方法采用可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法。结果不同产地北柴胡药材中的柴胡总皂苷和柴胡皂苷a的量差异较大,且两者差异不一致。但其柴胡总皂苷的量各产地药材均在1.3%~3.0%。结论分析结果表明,同一药材中柴胡总皂苷的量与柴胡皂苷a的量高低不一致未显示出相关性。为此,在评价药材的质量时,应以柴胡总皂苷量为主,兼顾其柴胡皂苷a的量为宜。
Objective To determine the content of total saikosaponin and saikosaponin a in Radix Bupleuri from different areas. Methods Visible spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. Results The content of Bupleurum saponin and Saikosaponin a in Radix Bupleuri from different areas was significantly different, and the difference was not the same. However, the amount of saikosaponins originating in all the herbs are 1.3% to 3.0%. Conclusion The results show that the same drug ingredients in the total saikosaponin and saikosaponin content of a high and low inconsistency did not show any correlation. To this end, in the evaluation of the quality of medicinal herbs, the amount of total saikosaponin should be based, taking into account the amount of saikosaponin a appropriate.
