本文通过三维有限元法建立三维深孔台阶爆破计算模型 ,分析深孔台阶爆破底部应力场的分布规律。分析表明 ,深孔台阶爆破有效应力场呈近似椭球状分布 ,炮孔端部具有明显的端部效应 ;随着超深长度的增加 ,底部应力场逐渐增强 ;超深长度存在临界值Δh0 ,当超深长度Δh≥Δh0 时 ,底部应力场强度基本不变。在本文的计算中临界超深值与抵抗线W的比值等于 0 3。
In this paper, three-dimensional deep-hole bench blasting calculation model is established by three-dimensional finite element method to analyze the distribution of stress field at the bottom of deep-hole bench blasting. The analysis shows that the effective stress field in deep-hole bench blasting is approximately ellipsoidal, and the end of the hole has obvious end effect. With the increase of ultra-deep length, the bottom stress field gradually increases. There is a critical value Δh0 for ultra- The ultra-deep length Δh≥Δh0, the bottom of the stress field strength basically unchanged. The ratio of the critical ultra-deep value to the resistance line W is equal to 0 3 in the calculation of this paper.
