柳钢炼铁车间1高炉(炉容255米~3)1980年上半年进行大修,为改善煤气清洗效果提高煤气质量,对煤气清洗系统进行了局部改造.大修中拆除原来的塔前定经文氏管,改为塔后R型可调文氏管.工艺流程如下:高炉→重力除尘器→空心洗涤塔(内设三层碗形喷咀)→R型可调文氏管→重力脱水器→净化煤气总管.文氏管设计是在武汉钢铁设计研究院协助下,采用仿新日铁为宝钢高炉设计的R型结构模式.喉口为方型伐体,调节芯为椭园
