1986年,我们在一项复打式灌注桩基础工程施工中取得了一些经验,现介绍如下。一、工程概况该工程房屋跨度为15m,柱距6 m,总长54m。厂房内地面上安装2台重型设备,运转时产生振动,影响房基。场区地质为粘土型软弱构造。设计桩径300mm,桩长为15 m,后加长到16m。单桩承载力为600kN。桩混凝土标号为200号。钢筋笼为圆形,长7.5m,即桩长的一半,置于桩身的上段。钢笼沿周圈均布6φ12竖筋,其中3φ12伸至桩底,用以支撑钢筋笼,使其保持安放位置。箍筋为φ6@250,实际改为螺旋状箍筋施工,且只
In 1986, we gained some experience in the construction of a double-drilled pile foundation project. We now introduce it as follows. I. Project Overview The project has a span of 15m, a column distance of 6m and a total length of 54m. Two heavy equipments are installed on the ground inside the factory building, and vibrations occur during operation, affecting the housing base. The geology in the site area is a clay-type weak structure. The designed pile diameter is 300mm, the length of the pile is 15m, and it is lengthened to 16m. Single pile bearing capacity is 600kN. Pile concrete number 200. The steel cage is round and has a length of 7.5m, which is half of the length of the pile and placed in the upper section of the pile.
