《民主》编辑部寄来1990年12期的《民主》月刊。我从头看了一遍,深深地感到我们真有好几篇“吐出心声”的好文章! 首先是易梅同志的《对教育的一点思考》,就觉得他替我倾泻了一腔心事!前几年我写了一篇《我请求》,也是为中小学教师请命的文章。文章倒是登出了,但是却删去了一些片段,例如我引用了一段日本文部省的一条公告是:“中小学教师的工资,要在一般公务员之上。”为什么要删?为什么我们不能和日本比?日本的科技、经济为什么这么发达?正因为他们重视中小学教育,重视教师和人才。日本一个小国,土地和
