我院自1974～1980年用电除颤治疗90例风湿性心脏瓣膜病心房颤动(下称风心病房颤)。90例病人,每电除颤一次为一例次共114例次。所用的电除颤器是SIMENS厂出产的THERACARD D.全部病人均在住院中进行除颤,除颤前1～2天给患者服奎尼丁0.2一日三次。除颤时采用安定静脉注射麻醉,电极分别放于心尖及心基底部,一律用同步放电方式、
90 cases of rheumatic valvular atrial fibrillation (hereinafter referred to as rheumatic atrial fibrillation) were treated with electric defibrillation in our hospital from 1974 to 1980. 90 patients, once per defibrillation for a total of 114 cases times. The defibrillator used was THERACARD manufactured by SIMENS Plant D. All patients were defibrillated during their stay in hospital. Patients were given quinidine 0.2 one to two days prior to defibrillation.
