本文报告血卟啉的光动力疗法治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的效果。经随诊1～13个月,其中特效14例,显效2例。所有病人均按4～5mg/kg进行HpD静脉滴注,注射后48～72小时用红色的染料激光(波长630nm)在肿瘤部进行照射,产生了光动力效应。肿瘤光照的激光功率剂量时间以200～250mw/cm~2,每照射1个光点为20分钟,按肿瘤病变的大小分点照射,在16例中15例是一次治疗,二次治疗的1例,有一例在治疗后5个月复发为纤维肉瘤。在并发症中仅有一例是太阳光照射后面部水肿,很快得到治愈。该项治疗对口腔颌面部,还可避免毁容及致残,尤其在早期治疗可以得到较好的疗效。
This article reports on the efficacy of photodynamic therapy with hematoporphyrin in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial malignancies. Followed up for 1 to 13 months, of which 14 special effects, markedly effective in 2 cases. All patients received an IV infusion of HpD at 4 to 5 mg/kg, and a red dye laser (wavelength of 630 nm) was applied to the tumor at 48 to 72 hours after injection, resulting in a photodynamic effect. The laser power dose time of the tumor light was 200-250mw/cm~2, and each spot was irradiated for 20 minutes. According to the size of the tumor lesions, 15 cases were treated once in the 16 cases and 1 in the second treatment. In one case, there was a case of recurrence of fibrosarcoma 5 months after treatment. Of the complications, only one case was sun irradiating the posterior edema and was soon cured. The treatment of the oral and maxillofacial regions can also avoid disfigurement and disability. In particular, early treatment can achieve better results.
