目的建立一种快速、准确分析突发公共卫生事件中毒样品中的有机磷农药的气相色谱法。方法分别取1 ml血清和2 ml尿液,经Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱净化,用6 ml乙酸乙酯洗脱,氮吹浓缩至1 ml,进气相色谱仪进行定量和定性分析。分别取5 g呕吐物和剩余食物样品,经无水硫酸钠研磨除水,用10 ml乙酸乙酯提取,氮吹浓缩至1 ml,进气相色谱仪进行定量和定性分析。结果 15种农药的浓度为0.1 mg/L~1.0 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.990~0.996,检出限为0.01 mg/L~0.05 mg/L,大多数农药的平均回收率为54%~120%。结论该方法样品前处理过程简单,具有较好的灵敏度、准确度和精密度,适合突发公共卫生事件中毒样品的检测。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate gas chromatography in the analysis of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in public health emergency poisoning samples. Methods 1 ml serum and 2 ml urine were respectively purified by Oasis HLB solid phase extraction cartridges, eluted with 6 ml ethyl acetate and concentrated to 1 ml by nitrogen blowing. Quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out by gas chromatograph. Take 5 g of vomitus and the remaining food samples, the water was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, extracted with 10 ml of ethyl acetate, concentrated to 1 ml by nitrogen blowing, gas chromatograph for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Results The results showed that the linear relationship was good when the concentration of 15 pesticides was 0.1 mg / L ~ 1.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.990 ~ 0.996, and the detection limit was 0.01 mg / L ~ 0.05 mg / The average recovery was 54% ~ 120%. Conclusion The method of sample pretreatment is simple, with good sensitivity, accuracy and precision, and is suitable for the detection of poisoned samples in public health emergencies.
