目的初步研究适于胎龄低出生体重儿(LBWI)的脑发育情况。方法采用头颅B超对LBWI的大脑半球横径,小脑冠状位横径,矢状位横径及纵径进行测量,并与足月儿进行比较。结果出生时LBWI组的脑发育明显落后于足月儿组,出生后LBWI组的脑生长速度快于足月儿组,随访至12月龄时LBWI组的大脑半球发育仍落后于足月儿组。结论加强围生期保健,预防早产,同时对LBWI提倡早期干预治疗,促进脑发育。
Objective To study the brain development suitable for gestational age low birth weight children (LBWI). Methods The transverse dimension of the hemisphere, the diameter of the cerebellar coronal, the transverse diameter of the sagittal and the longitudinal diameter of the LBWI were measured by skull ultrasound and compared with full-term children. Results At birth, the brain development in LBWI group lagged far behind that of full-term infants. After birth, the brain growth rate in LBWI group was faster than that in full-term infants. The hemisphere development of LBWI group lagged behind that of full-term infants at 12 months . CONCLUSIONS: Perinatal health care should be strengthened to prevent premature birth. At the same time, LBWI should promote early intervention and promote brain development.
