本文对片式摩擦离合器的热负荷进行了理论分析、计算和试验研究。文中考虑了影响离合器热负荷的冷却油流量、油温、环境温度以及离合器几何尺寸等多种因素,对离合器的接合、脱开以及连续接合、脱开过程进行了建模和动态分析,提出了片式离合器摩擦片非稳态温度场数值计算的方法。根据试验和计算结果,推荐使用“摩擦面许用瞬时温度”作为衡量摩擦片热负荷极限的一个指标,为离合器的设计和选型提供依据。
In this paper, theoretical analysis, calculation and experimental research on the thermal load of friction friction clutch are carried out. In this paper, various factors such as flow rate of cooling oil, oil temperature, ambient temperature and clutch geometry, which affect the heat load of the clutch, are considered in this paper. The clutch engagement, disengagement and continuous engagement and disengagement process are modeled and analyzed dynamically. Method for Calculating Unsteady Temperature Field of Slice Clutch Friction Plate. According to the test and calculation results, it is recommended to use the “instantaneous temperature of friction surface allowance” as an index to measure the thermal load limit of the friction plate, which provides the basis for the design and selection of the clutch.
