在企业的生产经营中,员工思想政治工作是企业“以人为本”发展理念的体现,也是提升企业凝聚力、提高企业法制水平的重要途径。本文对新的发展形势下企业员工思想政治工作现状进行了整体分析,并针对其中出现的违法乱纪现象进行了重点剖析,然后结合自身工作实践,提出了做好员工思想政治工作的措施,围绕着“科学化”、“人性化”、“体制化”这三个方面,对企业思想政治工作的深入实施进行了详细阐述,与广大同行共同交流、共同进步,对推动企业发展起到积极作用。
In the production and operation of enterprises, ideological and political work of employees is an embodiment of the concept of “people-oriented” development of enterprises and also an important way to enhance the cohesion of enterprises and raise the level of corporate legal system. This article analyzes the current situation of ideological and political work of employees in new development situation, and analyzes the phenomena of breach of laws and discipline in the new development situation. Then it puts forward the measures to do the ideological and political work of employees in accordance with their own work practices. This paper elaborates on the further implementation of the ideological and political work in enterprises in three aspects: scientificization, humanization and institutionalization, and exchanges and advances together with the majority of peers to promote Enterprise development has played a positive role.
