采用三维有限元的方法，对下颌颏孔间区固定种植义齿，种植体基桩及连接材料作为整体进行其内力测定分析。结果表明：（1）由多个种植体基桩的布置不均时,较大的间距增加种植体的数目．义齿获得更强的支持力；（2）采取义齿与基桩之间以弹性连接调整措施．使力得以均匀的分散，可降低种植体周围骨组织吸收，提高种植成功率。
Three-dimensional finite element method was used to analyze the internal force of the mandibular interdental interdental fixed denture, implant base piles and connecting materials as a whole. The results show that: (1) The larger spacing increases the number of implants when there is uneven placement of multiple implants. Denture to obtain stronger supportive force; (2) take the denture and the pile between the elastic connection adjustment measures. So that the force can be evenly dispersed, can reduce bone tissue around the implant absorption, improve the success rate of planting.
