党的十六届六中全会通过了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》。中等职校学生是社会的组成部分,在上海,每年有近40%的初中毕业生进入中专、职校、技校,这些学生中属于低保家庭的比例高于社会其他群体,将中等职校家庭经济困难学生的思想政治教育纳入重点关注的视野,对促进和帮助这些学生的成长,构建社会主义和谐社会有着积极的意义。 The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party adopted the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning Building a Harmonious Socialist Society.” Secondary vocational school students are part of society. In Shanghai, nearly 40% of junior middle school graduates enter secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and technical schools every year. The proportion of these students belonging to the lowest guaranteed family is higher than that of other social groups. The inclusion of the ideological and political education of students with financially difficult families into the fields of focus has a positive meaning in promoting and helping these students to grow and in building a harmonious socialist society.
