采用示差扫描量热分析和热重分析,冲击强度和介电强度测试及垂直燃烧试验研究了填料和固化工艺对HE3271无卤阻燃环氧材料性能的影响。结果表明,HE3271的玻璃化温度85℃,热分解温度(DTG)387.8℃,热稳定性优良,阻燃等级达到UL94-2013 Rev.2016标准的V0级,填料的加入导致冲击强度迅速降低,但对电性能影响不大。填料最佳添加质量分数为300%,固化工艺为130℃下固化12 h。采用HE-3271环氧树脂浇注的LZZBJ9-10型核电用互感器通过了环境温度试验和工频耐压及局部放电测试。
The effects of filler and curing process on the properties of HE3271 halogen-free flame-retardant epoxy were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis, impact strength and dielectric strength test and vertical burning test. The results showed that the glass transition temperature of HE3271 was 85 ℃, the thermal decomposition temperature (DTG) was 387.8 ℃. The thermal stability of HE3271 was excellent and the flame retardant grade reached V0 of UL94-2013 Rev.2016 standard. The addition of filler resulted in the rapid decrease of impact strength. Little effect on the electrical properties. Filler best added mass fraction of 300%, the curing process is cured at 130 ℃ 12 h. The LZZBJ9-10 nuclear transformer with HE-3271 epoxy resin has passed the ambient temperature test and power frequency withstand voltage and partial discharge test.
