已证实菜油油烟的凝聚物有细胞遗传毒理作用,能引起鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA_(98)回变菌落数增高,增加小鼠骨髓的微核细胞率和V_(79)细胞的姐妹染色单体交换。作者在菜油中加入不同浓度的叔丁基-4-羟基茴香醚(BHA),以检验它对凝聚物引发微核的影响。结果表明,BHA能阻断菜油油烟凝聚物所引致的小白鼠骨髓微核细胞率的增高。
It has been proved that vegetable oil fume agglomerates have cytogenetic toxicological effects, which can increase the number of retrograded colonies of Salmonella typhimurium TA 98, increase the micronuclear cell rate of mouse bone marrow and sister chromatid exchange of V_(79) cells. . The authors added various concentrations of tert-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole (BHA) to rapeseed oil to test its effect on agglomerates that initiate micronuclei. The results showed that BHA can block the increase of bone marrow micronucleus cell rate in mice induced by the condensation of vegetable oil fume.
