建筑工业化是我国建筑行业一直在力求突破及向国外追赶的地方,也是构建节约型社会的主要途径之一。墙体是建筑物的重要组成部分,预制双层墙体也是工业化建筑的重要组件。在国内,目前通用的墙体梁柱连接节点的安装方式为高强度螺栓连接、焊接连接或混合焊接和高强度连接使用,这一方法相对国外来说较为落后。虽然国内学者从改善延性耗能、提高抗震性能等方面对节点进行了一系列的改进,但对同时具有良好的稳定性、节能性,又符合领先的施工技术和工业化要求的节点构造缺乏实践研究。在墙体连接整体性中遇到的问题也成了制约我国建筑工业化进程的一个重要影响因素。在本文中,通过分析借鉴其他国家的先进理论知识和实践经验,引荐解决连接整体性瓶颈的方法,将会达到促进我国建筑工业化快速高效发展的目的。
Building industry is the construction industry in our country has been seeking to break through and catch up with the foreign countries, but also one of the main ways to build a conservation-oriented society. Walls are an important part of buildings and prefabricated double-walled walls are also an important component of industrial buildings. In China, the commonly used method of installing beam-column connections is high-strength bolt connection, welding connection or hybrid welding and high-strength connection. This method is relatively backward in foreign countries. Although domestic scholars have made a series of improvements to the nodes in terms of improving ductility and energy dissipation and improving seismic performance, there is no practical research on the structure of nodes with good stability and energy conservation, as well as leading construction technology and industrialization requirements . The problems encountered in the integrity of the wall connection has also become an important factor that restricts the process of building industrialization in our country. In this article, through the analysis of advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience of other countries, the introduction of a solution to the bottleneck problem of connecting wholeheartedly will achieve the purpose of promoting the rapid and efficient development of China’s construction industry.
