目前各大油田对于原油脱水处理工艺采用的主要是物理沉降和热化学沉降相结合的方式,立式金属沉降罐是进行物理重力脱水沉降处理的重要设备,同时也是化学沉降的反应场所。随着运行时间的增加,由于各种原因沉降罐罐内配液管容易出现堵塞现象,导致沉降罐布液不均匀甚至布液孔完全堵死造成沉降罐无法正常运行。本文以新疆油田公司六东区原油处理站为例,对出现的沉降罐配液管堵塞现象进行分析研究,对配液管进行改造并加以现场应用,取得了良好的效果。
At present, the main oil dewatering process used in major oil fields is a combination of physical and thermal chemical deposition. Vertical metal deposition tanks are important equipment for physical gravity dehydration and sedimentation, and are also the reaction sites for chemical sedimentation. With the increase of running time, due to various reasons, the liquid in the settling tank can easily clog up, causing the uneven liquid in the settling tank and even the complete clogging of the liquid distributing hole, resulting in the malfunction of the settling tank. In this paper, a case study of the crude oil processing station in Liu Dong District of Xinjiang Oilfield Company was taken as an example to analyze the clogging phenomenon of the liquid distribution pipe in the settlement tank. The liquid distribution pipe was modified and applied on site, and achieved good results.
