目的研究硼暴露对男性精子质量的影响。方法于2002年在辽宁省某硼矿区及硼加工厂选择硼暴露组(60人)和对照组(9人)男性研究对象,进行体格检查和精液分析。精液分析使用综合光学可视精子分析仪和光学生物显微镜。结果对照组的精子密度、精子前向运动百分率、a级精子完全符合WHO标准,而暴露组各项指标均有不符合WHO标准的样本,高达44.8%的样本精子前向运动百分率低于WHO标准(≥50%)。暴露组和对照组的精子存活率、精子前向运动百分率、a级精子、精子的曲线运动速度和直线运动速度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且暴露组精子各项指标的均值除精子密度外均低于对照组。结论硼暴露的工人精子质量有所下降。
Objective To study the effect of boron exposure on male sperm quality. Methods A boron exposure group (60 persons) and a control group (9 persons) were selected as male subjects in a boron mining area and boron processing plant in Liaoning Province in 2002 for physical examination and semen analysis. Semen analysis uses a comprehensive optical visual sperm analyzer and optical bio-microscope. Results The sperm density, the percentage of sperm forward movement, a-grade sperm in the control group were completely in accordance with the WHO standards. However, the indicators of the exposure group did not meet the WHO standards. Up to 44.8% of the samples showed lower sperm motility than the WHO standard (≥50%). There were significant differences in sperm motility, percentage of sperm forward movement, a-sperm, sperm curve velocity and linear velocity between exposure group and control group (P <0.01), and mean Sperm density were lower than the control group. Conclusion The quality of workers exposed to boron decreased.
