在稠油开采过程中,稠油井注汽用湿蒸汽发生器及其附属设备的安全高效、清洁环保运行对于稠油生产起到至关重要的作用.排放扩容器是湿蒸汽发生器附属的必备设备之一.排放扩容器运行产生噪音是注汽站噪声的主要部分,噪声峰值能达130db,会对神经系统产生不良影响.排放扩容器就是将湿蒸汽发生器及注汽干线内的高温高压气体也必须先导入的装置,通过对蒸汽发生器及管线放空,形成湿蒸汽发生器→排放管→限流孔板组→排放扩容器→放空的循环,本文通过对传统排放扩容器的噪声问题进行深入分析研究,提出解决方案,彻底治理湿蒸汽发生器在→启→停时对人体健康造成的伤害.
