模拟内燃机汽缸一活塞环工况,采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机进行高温线接触条件下,抗磨损性能的试验。试验表明:经激光微精处理的试件,在参数合理的情况下可使其抗磨损性能大幅度提高。这为发动机汽缸处理的实际应用提供了参考。
Simulating the working condition of cylinder-piston ring in internal-combustion engine, the anti-wear performance of SRV friction and wear testing machine was tested under high-temperature contact conditions. Experiments show that: the laser micro-fine processing of the specimen, under the condition of reasonable parameters can make its anti-wear performance greatly improved. This provides a reference for the practical application of engine cylinder processing.
