本文利用音素分段技术处理LPC-10算法的过渡帧。将音素过渡点位置编码传输同时不增加编码位数。试验表明本算法的性能比传统LPC-10有很显著的改善。
In this paper, we use the phoneme segmentation technique to deal with the transitional frame of LPC-10 algorithm. The phoneme transition point position code transmission without increasing the number of bits. Experiments show that the performance of this algorithm is significantly improved than the traditional LPC-10.
