人力资源是医院的战略资源,医院要发展就必然重视人的创造力的开发,重视人的培养发展、训练和人力资源的配置。文章分析了目前我国医院人力资源管理的现状,阐述人力资源管理与传统的人事管理的区别。在人员招聘与选拔、人员培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬设计和员工保障与工作安全中非主管与主管人力资源的院长需要很好的协调与配合,重视发挥医院非主管人力资源业务院长的人力资源管理作用,将对医院工作的全面提升起到重要作用。
Human resources are the strategic resources of hospitals. To develop a hospital, it is necessary to attach importance to the development of human creativity and attach importance to the development and training of human resources and the allocation of human resources. The article analyzes the current status of human resource management in hospitals in China and describes the differences between human resources management and traditional personnel management. Non-competent and responsible human resources directors need good coordination and cooperation in personnel recruitment and selection, personnel training and development, performance management, compensation design, and employee protection and work safety, and pay attention to the role of the hospital’s non-competent human resources business dean.
