本文运用非参数的DEA—Malmquist生产率指数法,测量了湖北省十二个城市2000—2011年全要素生产率(TFP)的增长,并进一步将TFP的增长分解为技术进步率指数和技术效率变化指数,对比分析技术进步和技术效率变动对湖北省十二个城市的贡献大小。结果表明,2000年以来,湖北省各个地级市的全要素生产率均呈增长趋势。无论对各个城市进行横向分析还是按年份进行纵向分析,技术效率和技术进步受外界因素的影响对全要素生产率的贡献在不同的年份不同的城市各有不同,但纯技术效率对全要素生产率的贡献在大多数城市和大多数年份都拖慢了技术效率的增长,进而影响了全要素生产率的提高。
In this paper, the non-parametric DEA-Malmquist productivity index method was used to measure the growth of total factor productivity (TFP) in 12 cities of Hubei province from 2000 to 2011, and the growth of TFP was further decomposed into the technical progress rate index and technical efficiency change index , Comparative analysis of technological advances and technical efficiency changes in the size of the contribution of 12 cities in Hubei Province.
